Using rachaellray.com means you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or place orders.
Permitted Use of the Site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not access non-public areas of the site. You may not use automated tools to extract data. You may not interfere with site functionality. You may not submit false or misleading information.
Product Information and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or display differences.
Prices appear in US Dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Rachaellray reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Rachaellray reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Rachaellray accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment details are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store full payment card information.
Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping applies to all orders with no minimum purchase. No product exclusions apply. All items ship free to addresses within the United States.
When a product has no inventory available, the Add to Cart button on the product page is disabled and cannot be clicked. Rachaellray does not accept backorders. Out-of-stock products are not available for purchase until restocked.
Processing requires 1 to 2 business days. Transit requires 3 to 6 business days after shipment. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by Rachaellray. Refunds process within one business day of return approval.

Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before shipment. Approval depends on order processing status when we receive your request. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
Intellectual Property
All content on rachaellray.com including text, images, graphics, logos, and design is owned by Rachaellray or its content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachaellray is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or product purchases. Direct damages, where liability cannot be excluded, are limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.
Indemnification
Customers indemnify Rachaellray from claims arising from violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of the site or products.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal actions must be filed in courts located in Iowa.

Rachaellray may update these Terms at any time. The Last updated date indicates the most recent revision. Continued site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
