Hi, I’m Rachael Ray, but not that Rachael Ray. I’m passionate about my faith and my family. I recently lost my parents to cholangiocarcinoma (a rare and aggressive form of bile duct cancer) and Multiple Sclerosis. I’m learning to take captive my thoughts and make them approved of Christ. I’m leaning into the redemptive work of Jesus and trusting that all circumstances will be used for good, and that nothing will ever be wasted. I love cooking, exercising, learning more about clean and organic living, and supporting my family’s health. I’m married to Tj, a worship leader at our church and a far better writer than me, so you should check him out. Together, we have two daughters with the perfect amount of sass and sweetness, but check on me around 1:30 any given afternoon. I might argue that the sass outweighs the sweetness at that time of day.

Most of all, I’m resting in grace and processing out loud for anyone who might need to hear the things I’m learning as I search for some purpose and hope in light of Truth in the midst of my waves of grief.

Thanks for joining me.
